My question is
Person 1 needs room in their name as company is calling them
Person 2 is platinum and is staying with person 1 and both people would like upgrade and club access
Company 3 is paying the account.
As the website can only book one name how can we get both names into the booking and pre upgrade benefits?
If we book in person 1 name and put person 2s name and number on checkin the room name reverts to person 2 not one.
How do we get around this.
