Hilton HHonors - Question on booking reward stay on-line

I read the part the points will be taken away immediately. My question is: is there any paper certificate or confirmation I need to take to check-in. Marriott's e-certificate option still suggests you print out the confirmation email and take it check-in. What is your experience with Hilton?

Did Hilton.com fix the flaw that says Award availability, then one books it and it says no availability? I had to call the Hhonors 1-800 number to be told by an auto-voice to go to the beta site. And you'd guess right, the beta site is closed now.

Doesn't Hilton run test programs before finishing the coding? I bet not one of them have a computer science degree.

Also, I've noticed a bundle of properties not showing basic rooms for any dates. Only "deluxe rooms" which cost higher. Fishy!
