I was promised a credit by a billing resolution specialist and the credit did not appear. That rep never put any notes in my file. (sounds like certain airlines!) I am not getting anywhere with the "crappy" customer service/billing resolution specialist, etc. Anyone higher up where someone can give me what was promised? I hate the long hold times!
I had been a satisfied customer for 6 years. Until recently, I never had any problem.

I had an incredible frontline rep today. He was able to take care of the problems. He offered a superior plan for the same price with more minutes. Better coverage area. Took care of the previous problems done by previous reps.
Nice to have a CS rep that listened & took care of the previous problems caused by previous reps. Was very nice & professional too!

When I have had bad dealing with a large corporation and can't get satisfaction at lower levels, I call the companies corporate HQ and ask for the office of the CEO or President, or just the "Executive Office". Most major corporations have staff in the CEO/President office that are there to deal with customer complaints. Most of these staff members have authority to resolve issues that a lower level employee can (or world) not. Although this does work evertime, I have had very good sucess using this method.
I would suggest finding out the name of the CEO/Pres first, so you can name drop when you make the call. Also, have all of your information properly documented (who, what, why, where, when, how, hom much, etc) for the person that take your call. Be sure and get their name and ask if they have a direct phone number.
