US Airways Dividend Miles (Pre-FlightFund Merger) - Finding Low(er) Envoy Fares to Europe?

In view of (seemingly targeted) promo 8547 -- mentioned here (http://flyertalk.com/forum/showpost.php?p=2907930&postcount=55) -- I'm wondering what's the best method for finding a relatively cheap C/D/J Envoy fare to any of the Euro destinations for US metal. The US website is, well, its usual self :( , and Orbitz tends to kick out nonqualifying discount fares (e.g., Q).
Note: I did give some thought to posting this in the MR forum, but because a) this seems to be targeted at DM members and b) you guys understand US's fare system :td: better than they do, it seemed more appropriate to post here.

This is about as good of a sale as you're gonna get, as far as I know. It goes to Glasgow, Shannon, or Dublin all for around $2000. Dublin's a bit more. http://www.usair.com/pro/specials/envoy_sale.htm

Not sure why you think it is "seemingly targetted" - no language to that effect in the promo.
Unfortunately US makes discount Envoy seats available in the "Z" bucket which don't meet the terms of the offer.

Never mind - I saw your post to the bonus code thread. Guess "the programmer" forgot to add the language to the T&C on the website. Or maybe the "blind proofreader" didn't spot the error on the postcard (Kind of like the phantom 15K tier miles the "blind proofreader" didn't catch on the DM Visa Signature Card mailing - after all there were only six (6) occurences in that mailing.

Try "More Options" and searching for "Envoy with Restrictions" fares-- much cheaper than the regular Envoy ones, if available.

While searching last month, I was able to find Envoy Restricted fares for as little as $1400 roundtrip, but the routing was DCA-PHL-LGW-PHL-DCA. I'm not sure if these fares are still available though, but they're out there occasionally.

Has anyone verified this?
The promotion says "published Envoy fares (C,D,J)". Isn't a "Z" fare a published Envoy fare?
There are some cool 900$ Thanksgiving "Z" fares to europe...

The place I use to find published fares in all classes is the easy-to-use US Airways website at http://fs.usairways.com/abs/fareQuote.do
Honestly, it works, and it shows all the fare basis codes for you to choose from.
