US Airways Dividend Miles (Pre-FlightFund Merger) - Bonuses on Award Travel

We have some award travel scheduled. Are the web check-in or kiosk (especially first-time use) bonuses available when checking in on award tickets?

I believe that buried deep within the terms and conditions it states that the bonus does not apply to award travel. Also, speaking from experience, I did not receive either bonus when I was travelling on an award ticket.
