Frontier Airlines EarlyReturns - InsideFlyer asks: What would YOU ask EarlyReturns?

EralyReturns members:

InsideFlyer’s July issue is currently underway – it’s our annual “Interview” edition, where we try to get (and in some cases, actually DO get) solid, honest answers from industry executives.

Frontier has kindly agreed to participate this year, but what we want to hear from them isn’t necessarily always what you want to hear.

So we thought we’d ask you: If you could ask your program one burning question, what would it be?

Keep in mind that we are not out to trap, insult, or otherwise denigrate these people or these programs – in other words, disgruntled flamers need not apply. At the same time, though, we aren’t looking for Pollyannaish fawning, either.

Our focus primarily will be on award redemption issues, though any other good questions will certainly be considered.

If you’d like to give it a shot, post your questions here, or send them to us at editor@insideflyer.com. Time is of the essence, so if you could get back to us as soon as possible (no later than the middle of next week), you’re more likely to have your question asked.

Thanks, and happy contrails,

Jeff Johnstone

my question: "why are the elite benefits of Ascent and Summit status so minimal?" Question #2: "why don't you offer an incentive for online booking on a consistent basis?"

I was wondering if F9 had any new airline partnerships in the works???

Thanks,

Ditto.

Ditto on the additional partners question, including partners with flights to the Carolinas, Europe, Hawaii, and the South Pacific.

What are F9's plans to be able to view availability &/or reserve flights online using miles on both F9 and its partners?

Given that Virgin does not fly to Denver, does redeeming an F9 award on Virgin include flight between Denver (or other F9 city) and a Virgin gateway if needed?

(OK, I guess that was three questions.)

Posters,

I cover Frontier for the Rocky Mountain News and I'm looking for people to comment on the company's TV ad campaign. What's your favorite ad? Who's your favorite animal character? What do you like about the campaign? What do you dislike? Please send me an e-mail at KesmodelD@RockyMountainNews.com if you're interested in being interviewed. Thank you!
