Does any one know how the talks between pilots and unions are doing? With the new cards coming out will it matter?
I for one hope they make it. There is so much negativity on this air line. They are so up beat on the new go fairs. All the new cards and incentives. I for one hope so . James

I'd rather fly US (or another non-LCC) out of PHL, if only to get upgrades and not fight for a seat...
But things don't look good for US. I also don't travel enough to get elite status on multiple airlines, and if I have to choose airlines by destination, I probably will lose it entirely. Unless AA or UA uses PHL as a hub. I *don't* look forward to flying Southwest, and would rather not have to route all my flights through another hub.
Blech.

The pilots are cooperating. They just ratified an agreement to increase flexability on RJ use. I don't know too many details. You can see about it here (http://www.alpa.org/aaa/DesktopModules/CodePhone/ViewCodeaPhone.aspx?DocumentID=145)
