I just logged on to the beta site and it looks like Hilton now automatically deducts points from your account when you make an award reservation. I had several reward reservations on hold pending receipt of points from AA and now I am not certain of the status of those reservations. When I try to look at them online, it pulls up the wrong information for the reservation. For example, I have a Cardiff Hilton reservation for June 21, but when I try to look at it I see the information for my reservation at the London Waldorf for June 16 and 17 instead. This is very scary since now there are no reward reservations available at either of those properties. Any thoughts or suggestions?
