Looks like a great deal. Only problem is if you loose it (lost a 64k card - not sure how - but losing 1g would hurt more)

Also looks the prices on the others are good too! Best I had found for 256 before had been 64 at costco

Can Palm Tungsten PDAs fully address a 1GB card? I don't know if this sort of question applies anymore, but in the past, some devices had a maximum memory limit.

Does anybody know what that last number means in the model number? I sometimes see 768 or 850. Is that the speed of the card? The numbers look very suspiciously like clock speed ratings.

Sometimes Staples will have a 256mb card with 768 at the end and Costco will have exact same make/model of the card, but with 850 at the end. What the heck does that mean?

Same manufacturer, same capacity. Different model number and price is different by $40

The more expensive one is "this year's model", and is slightly faster. I'd buy "last year's model" and save the $40. Chances are you won't notice the difference in speed in your camera, phone, or MP3 player.
