Hilton HHonors - Can Someone Decipher This Code from Comments Field?

I called the diamond desk a couple of days ago to change a few things on a reservation (that I couldn't seem to change online). I asked to have an upgrade request entered in the comment field. It reads:

UPGRADE IF AVAILABLE ON ARRIVAL***KEY PACKET IN HH CAB:CRM GUEST: TURNDOWN REQUEST:

Any idea what ***KEY PACKET in HH CAB means? How about CRM GUEST?

BTW, it said something different yesterday. The ***KEY part is new today. I didn't request a turndown, but guess I'll take it :)

Yeah - it means that they will have pre-printed your key and assigned your room ahead of time. Then they put the key, etc. into those little slots so when you check in they just pull it out and viola!

CRM = Customer Relationship management. It's basically a database used to keep guest profiles and preferences.
