Hilton HHonors - AMEX membership rewards to HHonors, best current multiplier

Standard AMEX - HHonors gives 1:1.3. In the past doing AMEX MR - CO - HHonors would yield 1:2. Is this still working and if not, what is the best multiplier currently working?

I tried searching for AMEX and Continental but did not get a recent hit.

There is a recent thread in the Amex forum. Your best bet is probably HA.

Transfer Membership Rewards points to Hawaiian Airlines and from Hawaiian to Hilton. The ratios will be 1 -> 1 -> 2, far better than the 1 --> 1.3 that Amex --> Hilton gives you directly.

Thank you for the answer. I knew there had to be something out there that was still a valid way to get 1:2!
