4/29 is the start date & that is all Steve would tell me today.
I told him their webmaster is drunk or quit since the web site is DOA. I have my bookmark of americanexpress.com/delta & up comes the start page for either what new promos on the left or log into my account info or make a payment feature. So for 2 weeks I log on & get a weird address of www.124americanexpress/card/delta & it is a full page ad for the 4 different AMEX DL SM cards. The upper right hand corner has LOG IN for account info but nowhere is there OFFERS, PROMOS, etc.
So I phoned Steve, he logs on & gets this weird site. He was on the phone & awaiting word on what is going on. Is marketing doing it for new card members & now postcarding all new promos to targeted folks? DL web site had the double miles promo 3/15-4/15 for hub cities. I told Steve if AMEX is playing games, they may lost many good customers.
