Hilton HHonors - Additional HHonors Pts during a stay?

Below is a description from the HHonors Website for obtaining points for hotel stays:

"Earn 10 Base points for each eligible U.S. dollar charged to your room, including telephone and room service charges for eligible rate stays at all participating Hilton, Conrad, Doubletree, Embassy Suites Hotels, and Hilton Garden Inn hotels."

Does anyone know what type of expenses qualify for "eligible U.S. dollars charged to your room"?

The reason I'm asking is that I just completed an award stay at the HWV. I decided to charge everything I could back to the room in hopes of getting HH points for these purchases since the room was free. When logging into my HHonors account this morning I noticed that I was only given points for my room service ($35). I had over $400 in total expenses charged back to the room that included charges from the Japanese restaurant, renting a kayak and floating mat at the lagoon, dinner at the boat landing, and t-shirts from the gift shop. Should these expenses also qualify?

I wanted to get some feedback before I attempt to contact the Hilton HHonors desk to get these additional points. I'm a Diamond VIP so these dollars do really add up with all the bonuses.

Here's from the horse's mouth (http://www.hilton.com/en/hhonors/terms.jhtml):

"'Eligible folio charges' for Hilton, Conrad, Doubletree, Embassy Suites Hotels, Hilton Garden Inn and Hilton Grand Vacations Club hotels shall mean: room rate, food and beverage, telephone, laundry, pay-per-view movies, entertainment and recreational facilities, and other incidentals charged to the Member's room. 'Eligible folio charges' for Hampton Inn, Hampton Inn & Suites and Homewood Suites by Hilton hotels mean room rate only. Dining room or other charges not billed to a Member's room during a stay will not be eligible for credit. Hilton, Conrad, Doubletree, Embassy Suites Hotels, Hampton Inn, Hampton Inn & Suites, Hilton Garden Inn, Hilton Grand Vacations Club, Homewood Suites by Hilton and Scandic hotels as well as other selected participating hotels - may omit for purposes of point accrual, incidental charges or charges to the Member's room for non-affiliated hotel entities which are not owned and/or operated by the hotel including, but not limited to, food and beverage outlets, gift shop, drugstore, clothes, gallery or specialty stores, recreational or entertainment concessions."

Specific information on other posters' experiences with getting incidentals posted at the HWV can be found in the following thread: http://www.flyertalk.com/forum/showthread.php?t=132187

I have stayed at HWV and have received points for all of the charges that you mentioned. The caveat: only the HHonors member who signed for the charges will get credit. Example: my husband signed for some dinner charges and it posted to our account under his sub-folio. These charges were not credited with points. Seems a little fishy to me, but if you signed for the charges you should get points, in my experience.

This is awhile back, but in Nov 2002 at an ALON award stay, I did get points for my $400 in restaurants & other stuff.
