Recently had my reservation changed from a regular room to a "parlor room" at the Westin Keirlan in Phoenix. Actually, I am very grateful for the change, since my travel plans changed about three times at the last minute, which could have caused me to be charged for one night's stay. However, one of the really great folks at the Keirland stepped in and helped out - found me a parlor room at the $79.00 gov't rate.
I know the room is supposed to be small with a pull-out bed; I don't mind, just wondering what to expect. I've stayed at the Keirland before and think it is one of the best resorts in Phoenix.
