Hilton HHonors - How long can it take for an award stay to post?

Help, I can't get the FT search function to work to help answer this question.

How many weeks maximum can it take for an award stay to post? Has anyone had it take more than 6 - 8 weeks?

DAL, If it has been over 21 days, use the on-line claim form, or call.

Maybe I should have asked does it sometimes take longer for an award stay to post? Or, have you had paid stays at hotel A post within days, but your award stay at same hotel A posted much later?

My award stays have always posted within the same time frame as my paid stays for a given property. Usually they post within 48 hours for U.S. properties & sometimes between 2-3 weeks for international properties. If it's been any longer than that I would use the online point/stay request function.

To answer the question, I have not noticed a difference in timimg from award to paid stays.

Anyone else notice that the online missing stay feature has been inoperable the past few days?
