I have a DONE4 including Cathay Flights but would like to check the reservations. What system do they use to view as I have the CX recloc. Booking made my Sabre agent.

I have a DONE4 including Cathay Flights but would like to check the reservations. What system do they use to view as I have the CX recloc. Booking made my Sabre agent.
Ask your travel agent to input your e-mail address into the PNR and also for the Sabre record locator (six alphabetical characters). Then you can view your booking on www.virtuallythere.com
Or, if I have given your agent your Marco Polo Club or Asia Miles number, you can log-in on the CX website to view your reservation.
There is no way you can view your reservation with only a CX record locator (five characters and/or numbers with "H", or "J" as the first character).

daniellam is correct. Your SABRE based booking can only be viewed on www.virtuallythere.com.
Even with your CX rec locator on the Asiamiles website, (that is if you have an Asiamiles number), you will only see the CX reservations and nothing else.
