Australia, New Zealand & the South Pacific - BNE dining

I'm off to BNE tomorrow morning for a couple of days.

Just wondering if anyone has suggestions on dining spots, pref. away from the tourist traps & with half-decent wine list! Any cuisine is fine.

Was a little too late, but I noted them for future reference. Ended up going to Eagle St Pier to Pier 9 - the head waiter there is great, he used to work in Sydney in Tetsuyas (spelling?) and is very knowledgeable.
