Been meaning to post this. My husband loves mussels and really enjoys them Cambodian style at Cheng Heng Restaurant, 448 University Ave., St. Paul, MN 651-222-5577. I think they're only about $8 and come with rice and lots of spicy juice to be soaked up.
He orders them too spicy for me though.
I enjoy the egg roll salad and they have sweetened coffee drinks and pho. Most of the customers seem to be eating pho.
