California - power outlets at SFO?

A friend who is lounge-less wants to plug in his laptop in the domestic terminal.

I was in UA's terminal not long ago and noticed power outlets in the pay phone monuments.

My AA flight was once cancelled and I plugged in right outside the lounge and also was able to access the T-mobile hotspot.

My AA lounge membership is up for renewal in June. Right now I'm seriously leaning towards buying a T-Mobile subscription with the money I wouldn't be spending to renew. CO has wireless for free in its Presidents Clubs. SFO isn't yet connected, but is scheduled. You can hang out outside the clubs in EWR, CLE, etc...
