I'm currently booked on a Southwest flight from Sacramento that arrives at 10:15PM on Friday night. My connection is TACA 601, which departs for San Jose, Costa Rica at 12:15AM. I'm flying business class and traveling with my wife and infant son with checked baggage on Southwest.
Do I have enough time, or should I try to get on the earlier Southwest flight that arrives at 8:40PM. The TACA agent gave me normal spiel about arriving 3 hours early, which would be 9:15PM.
Would be helpful to know if this TACA flight typically runs on time, or possibly late, and whether Business Class check-in and the late hour of departure will provide enough time.
