California - SNA for 7 hours!!

Next month I'll have about a 7 hour layover between my UX flight from LAX and my CO flight to EWR. What is there to do here? How is this airport? How are the airline clubs? ETC.

John Wayne SNA is my hometown. It is a great place new and clean etc. BUT it is fairly small, not much to do. 1 rest. tiny bar. It is sort of a long hallway with lots of greatlooking people coming or going. Nobody is there to layover as it is not a hub for anything. My advice take a cab to Newport and burn some time at a nice restaurant, Southcoast plaza, or something. Too long to sit in SNA

LilrooLN has the right idea. If at all possible, try to take in some local sights for a few hours.
