Travel with Children - Vacation Spot to Bring 1 year old

A friend of mine is looking for a place where she and her husband can bring a 1-year old and still be able to go out to dinner/engage in activities with or without the child.

She was thinking about somewhere in Arizona.

Have them check with any hotel they are considering staying at to see if they have a list of childcare providers. Babysitters arent an uncommon request, and shouldnt be hard to come by...probably not cheap..but surely available.

How about a cruise ship? Not just the Disney company has cruise ships that have programs for children. Especially during school holiday times, companies such as Royal Caribbean have a great deal to offer for children at reasonable prices.

My daughter is 6 now and we have been travelling to Vegas with her since she was 10 months old, 1-2 times per year. Get a hotel that has babysitting service. Golf, shop, eat, swim, anything you want to do is in Vegas.
