It's supposed to be some huge air show held in the little town of Oshkosh? Anyone ever been?

It runs through sometime late in July through August 4th, a long weekend. I'm actually up in Oshkosh visiting my grandma the last day of the show, but I don't think we'll go. I got a hotel room in Fond du Lac the previous night, and am spending one night with her. Just curious how the crowds might be, mostly, with driving and all.

I have not been YET!

Yes the "little" town of Oshkosh! It is a huge show for the experimental aircraft people.

I've flown in/out of Oshkosh in a friend's small flying club plane a few times near to when the show occurs. It is amazing all the vintage and cutting edge aircraft that were flying around then, I can only imagine what it is like when the show is on, insanity.

I would definitely go if you can.
