I arrive in Euston Station around 11 pm. Is there time to catch the Heathrow Express from Paddington? Tube or Taxi? And how much should the taxi fare be? BTW, I'll have minimal luggage.

Only a short delay with traffic or the tube could easily make you miss the train. Instead I'd simply catch the tube from Euston directly to Heathrow. There's a variety of options, but probably the best way to travel is to catch the Victoria line south to Green Park, change for the westbound Piccadilly line - direct to all terminals. According to www.thetube.com (http://www.thetube.com) - this journey should take around 70 mins and will cost you £3.70. The airport doesn't allow people to stay overnight, it appears. glenngpr Jun 26, 03, 5:47 am <font face="Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif" size="2">Originally posted by terenz: What are you going to be doing at LHR that late? Swanhunter Jun 26, 03, 6:23 am Taxi fare from Euston to Paddington should be around £5-6 at that time of night. It the train in on time you should make it in under 30mins as it's a straighforward blast down Marylebone Road. If you miss the the last HEX, I believe the Airbus runs through the night and stops near Euston. Call 020 7222 1234 for more info. Julian Jun 26, 03, 9:07 am The Airbus service (now apparently branded National Express Airport) number A2 runs from Euston to LHR Terms 1, 2 and 3. But you would need to check that it runs this late.
