Online Travel Booking and Bidding Agencies - how to book travelocity fare info?

Travelocity's fare information for a given date/location is pretty good, but now how do I book those fares? It's showing me $445 on LH from IAD - BEG for Nov 6-9 but when I go back to the main page to book, I get about $650 on LH. What gives?

There is a $455 base fare before taxes and fees (which are likely around $100), but when you select the fare and try to book it for any dates that I tried, it shows sold out. This is a common issue with Travelocity in my experience and that's why I never use them to check fares.
