I want to take advantage of bonus dollars available. How can I get access to them when I bid?

If you're talking about bonus money for hotels, you can't "access it". You'll have to wait for PL to send you an e-mail with a bonus money link. They've been doing this about every 6 months or so. Last time there was a mass mailing was February. Still, not everyone gets the bonus links--it's targeted. That's why it's important on your PL profile/preferences you check the box that says send me promos, info etc. We all just have to wait patiently!

Good advice Steph. I get emails from them,but I can't remember the last bonus offer.

We have received a lot of questions about posts that included hotel bonus money. Priceline emailed single use bonus money links to their customers last week. This offer expired on 3/1, so it's no longer available.

Some think that the 10 Pound (!) bonus is still working!?!

The UK Bonus money was indeed working up until July 4th (the date of the last post in the link you provided) but it stopped working shortly thereafter.
