Online Travel Booking and Bidding Agencies - Orbitz timeout forgets saved search

Orbitz has an annoying problem of forgetting
all the details I specified when I return to a
serach.

Sorry, but your Orbitz session has expired
and your search results are no longer
available. Please redo your search.

I could understand if the purchase link was
broken after a time out, but losing the date
and airport info I supplied is silly.

It's worse than that... it even forgets if you click the "Change Search" button on the flight listing screen sometimes!

I'm not sure that's limited to Orbitz is it? I was comparing some Orbitz fares to other airline sites and they were doing the same thing. I know I get much fewer hassles with Orbitz in the long run.

i hate it when Orbitz clears out your search when you want to change something on a multi-city flight search. so, if you want to change dates, you have to re-enter all of the information (i.e., origin, destination, etc.).

if you are doing a normal round-trip and want to change something, orbitz remembers everything and lets you modify.
