Online Travel Booking and Bidding Agencies - ITN site and selected airline search

In using the AMEX/ITN site, anytime I restrict a search to one or more airlines, all airline flights come up. It's as if the preferred airline search feature is not working...at least for me. Anyone else have this problem or do I have a cookie/scripting problem on my own PC?

Assuming you're using ITN to check class availability, I have never had such a problem with this site that does the same thing but I find much faster to use:

I had the exact same problem last week after trying many times over a two day period. I hadn't used ITN for a couple of months and last week was the first time that happened.

It also happened to me. I backed up to the first screen, clicked "flights", and then it worked.

bump: HCurrently and in the past few months at least have this problem both with ITN and the Flyaow link to ITN. Somehow I remember there was a non Gnglish web site that was very straightforward, and which did not have these problems. Perhaps I have it bookmarked at home.
