With Priceline is the persons name and addres on the ticket. Iam registed with priceline with my city and Province one the same line, for State I have CA post# 99999.
So if I have a Winng bid out of Buffalo, do you get the ticket at the airport or is it a
ticket that you get with a Email. Or I can not do this at all.

Tricky you. CA is the abbreviation for the state of California. Do you live in Ontario? There's a city in California by that name.
I expect that the first problem you'll encounter is that they won't be able to match the billing address on your credit card.
As far as I know you can get an "electronic ticket" which isn't a ticket at all. You can either show up at the airport with an ID matching the name on the itinerary, or print out a copy of the itinerary that PL sends you (this would make it easier to go to the gate if you're not checking a bag).
Good luck, but I suspect you're violating the Priceline Terms of Service by fudging your address.

I said this before, I will say it again.
Priceline's credit card system does not check address on MasterCard. As long as the 3 digit CVC number in the back of the card matches, the transaction will go through.
In Canada, I know these cards work on Priceline:
Bank of Montreal MasterCard
National Bank MasterCard
President's Choice MasterCard
Citibank MasterCard
Canadian Tire MasterCard
Why? Look at the Priceline Visa logo... Visa has a special arrangement with them. Therefore, their transactions are harder to authorize.

I believe this is incorrect. On what do you base the violation of TOS?
