Online Travel Booking and Bidding Agencies - flights.com

Has anyone used the services of flights.com? I see a wonderful fare there for a trip we are planning next April to Amsterdam. It uses USAir flights and has a price $300 less than the USAir website. Is there a downside here (other than the viability of USAir itself?)

I have two friends who have used them successfully and I have never seen any negative comments about them on the internet
bulletin boards, so as far as I know they are an above-board, reliable company. Keep in mind that the prices shown do not include
tax or delivery fee (where paper tickets are involved). Also, I believe their prices are based on cash payment and that if you use a credit card there is a 2 or 3% markup.
