Your question isn't clear. If you bid $50 and you are worried about being taken. Don't be because your bid won't be accepted at that level. Your going to have to be above $300 to be taken at all seriously and summer is probably going to be somewhat higher. There is a board devoted to priceline bidding prices. It's call www.biddingfortravel.com (http://www.biddingfortravel.com)

Welcome (both of you) to FT. Definitly go to bidding for travel and don't worried about being "gypped". Priceline, while not perfect, can save you many dollars.

Text from Amarfa's website (!?!):

If I were an empress, my favorite sentence would be "Death by cactus!!!!!!!!" I would rule the world with a heavy hand and much brainwashing. Of course, I may keep some sane people around for amusement, but they will be chained to the wall and be poked continuously.
I feel that a moment in time is what is wrong with the world. It may be seen that many who take one will feel much refreshed from their hard labor but nevertheless, we must get on with the human race and be one with the force.

Taxes alone are nearly $100.00 to the UK - And those are not included in your Priceline bid. Good luck getting it for anywhere near that-
