I travel over 200K domestic / year and purchase all my travel online.
It has reduced my cost per trip over using travel agents and ALSO reduced the TIME it takes to make my travel arrangements.
Does anyone else see travel agents as dinosaurs?
The only reason the newspapers write upbeat stories about Travel agents is that they advertise. They are partial to the businesses who buy space in their papers
