California - Rose Bowl

Does anyone have any experience about driving to the Rose Bowl? What is the best way to get there. Whether to park at the stadium or somewhere else? We plan to go early and enjoy the pre-game tent party.

The Rose Bowl is arguably the best place to watch a college football game. The best way to get to the Rose Bowl from LAX would be 405N 101S 134E and exit Orange Grove, making a left off the freeway.

If you get there early enough, you can park on the golf course right next to the stadium, which is perfect for tailgating. Bring your grill, a football and enjoy hanging out with other football fans.

I would try to arrive at the Rose Bowl 5-6 hours before kickoff. If you try to cut it close, you'll be hit with freeway exit closures, and massive parking problems.
