Asia - a good travel agent in Malaysia?

Can anyone recommend a good travel agent in KL, please? I'll be there in mid-March on business and plan on taking a week off and flying MAS to Sydney. Normally I'd book this as MOW-KUL-SYD with a stopover in KL, but it's my boss who's paying for the MOW-KUL bit, so I'll have to buy a separate KUL-SYD-KUL ticket while I'm in Malaysia. I've so far contacted a few travel agents for quotes but they won't even bother to answer my emails.

I would recommend 'Reliance.' They are very good and you may say that they're professional too.

I buy almost all my flight tickets with them. They are reliable and always trying to please you.

I am not certain if they communicate via e-mails, although I'm sure that they're capable of it.

I used mayflower which is a massive travel agent in Malaysia. They sorted flights out for us in advance, then we paid for them when we got to KUL.

The e-mail I have is carro@mtshop.po.my, but that was a couple of years ago. Their main website seems to be www.maytour.com. (http://www.maytour.com.) Thety were very happy to work by e-mail.
