Asia - calling card from Indonesia/Bali to USA

Help! In Indonesia and Bali, looking for the best rates to USA.

Seems like any decent deals must be purchased thru websites in USA. Any links would be appreciated.

I use www.AccuGlobe.com. (http://www.AccuGlobe.com.) Unfortunately, they only accept US/Canada-based credit cards and billing addresses. The rate is US$0.419/min to the US and the number to access the calling card in Indonesia is 00880-1000-5025. It's billed (online billing) at the end of each month and there's a US$1/mth fee plus applicable taxes (state and local).

I use both www.globaltelusa.com (http://www.globaltelusa.com) and www.uwtcallback.com. (http://www.uwtcallback.com.) They both offer worldwide callback and toll-free origination from around 50 countries. Their rates seem cheaper than www.AccuGlobe.com. (http://www.AccuGlobe.com.) The latest rate I have for Indonesia for Globaltel is $0.30; no monthly charge or minimum) and the access number is 008-800-105306 (you need to sign up over the internet first). All of these companies offer access via 800-type numbers that may not work from all phones in the country of origin, but their prices are generally quite low; calls from or to cell phones are usually higher.

How is billing done, in one minute or less increments? How is the quality?

I am also looking for cheapest rates to the USA from Bali. Same company?

Also, the best rate I found was telkom save (about 12cents a minute on sale until end of december 2003) however they dont have access for Solo and Yogikartha, where I am now.
