It might be a bit late to ask for advice, but I just booked regency Park on/off Sukhumvit Road via HongKong based priceline.co, for a total of $236 (Hk $). Does anyone have an information/experience with this hotel? I was looking for a reasonably priced hotel to overnight in BKK on my way to Delhi. Do rooms booked through priceline come with any kind of Breakfast in this hotel?

Hi, it seems you have a good price for this hotel. I have not stayed there. Go to www.asiatravel.com (http://www.asiatravel.com) click on bangkok and find your hotel. It seems they do serve buffet breakfast with their rooms. Not sure if yours is included.

Whether it is or not, depends on the rate. Some rates include and some do not. Only some one who has booked it through Priceline.com might have an answer.

I could use your advice. Going to Bangkok in November. In another thread, hotels like the Marriot, Landmark, Shangri-la, etc., have come up.

We're just looking for something clean since we don't spend a lot of time at the hotel. Any recommendations? And what would be the US$ price range? Is it possible to get something for $50 a night?

5* for $55-$65 is common. For a 4* you can easily be well under $50

Yes I've stayed there. No b/fast with P/L rate but their room service is pretty cheap as far as hotels go. For an overnight, it's a more than adequate hotel. There's a "Japanese" restaurant onsite that never seems to have any patrons, a "Thai Massage" outfit co-located on premises and best of all, a security guard in front of the elevator in the evening hours that clicks his heels and salutes you :D. Location nice, close to BTS in front of the Emporium shopping mall. A 24 convenience store maybe 30 yards further into the road (Family Mart, I believe).

Edited to add: I can't believe I replied to a 2 year old query :o . I'm leaving this in for anybody else with the same question
