Asia - hotel at/close to airport in KL Malaysia

Hello,

I will be flying around Asia on a Malaysian Airlines airpass with the flights hubbing out of Kuala Lumpur. I will have to spend the night in Kuala Lumpur a few times. Can someone recommend a good but inexpensive hotel at or near the airport? Or, if I stay in the city, is it far from the airport?

For a few dollars more, I recommend the Pan Pacific at the airport (5 minute walk across the sky bridge). Internet rates are around $55 but you save the taxi fees. Decent hotel with nice gym.

I used to work for an airline and our pilots revolted when we put them in the Concorde! They were much happier at the Pan Pacific.

If you do a search for them online, make sure you get the Pan Pacific KL Int'l airport because there are several properties farther away from the airport also.
