Can anyone recommend a great non-rev friendly resort in Turks & Caicos? I've heard that Allegro and Beaches are both nice. Anyone been there? I'm going in January. Many thanks!

We were worried because we had never been to an all-inclusive before and just assumed the food would not be very good, however, we were pleasantly surprised. We went there just for the kids because we were looking for a resort that offered them a lot (which they did) and ended up really enjoying it ourselves. We split our time between the fabulous beach and the many pools. I have recommended it to others with families and they, too, have really enjoyed it. flyorama Nov 13, 03, 12:26 pm Great suggestion. We called there today and they gave a nonrev rate of $200/couple -- but can't confirm the availability until 30 days prior. Still, pretty good deal, as I've heard restaurants on T&C are fairly pricey. Thanks much! To answer you question, Allegro is fine, nothing terrific, but the resort IMO should not be the focal point of one's trip. The diving was some of the best I've ever done.
