The Caribbean - St. Kitts

I have an award stay at the Marriott for July 11th to the 18th. I am looking information as to where to eat and what to do in St. Kitts as I have never been there. This will be a romantic getaway with my S.O. with no children (for a change)! I'm assuming that the beaches are clothing mandatory as the island has British roots. Is this correct?

To Eat:

To Do:

Visit Brimstone Fortress. Do some hiking on the nature trails there. Views are incredible from up on high.

Feb-July at the Sugar Factory, you can see sugarcane being processed.

Caribe Beer tour

Hike the Volcano.

Decent diving but there is much better in the Caribbean.
