I need to get rid of MCI, but the only other decent deal I can find is through Sprint/Northwest. Problem is, I can't really use Northwest miles. Does anyone know a way to get either Delta, CO, United, or Hilton points from Northwest miles? Thanks

You can convert them into HHonors points, but I think the conversion rate isn't so good.

You cannot convert NW miles to HHonors.

Your best bet is to get to 20K NW miles and use for an off peak CO ticket. If you want to add to your existing miles in other airlines you are out of luck.

Look in the Sprint section, I think some people are still getting 25K for signup, so that would be a free domestic, which you can redeem on CO. If you can't get this many miles get an AMEX through starwood, a Diners Club card, or clickrewards miles to get your NW balance high enough to get a reward.
