Look like the domain is still controlled by AirNZ!

Actually, I can answer this one.

I had some discussions with some people on Friday who have links to the new mob Tesna has sourced to run IT operations.

Right now, IBM GSA is "maintaining" the existing setup, as it was prior to Sep 14, 2001, and that includes email gateways via air NZ. Aparently the administrators have labelled all equipment in the Ansett data centre (which is actually owned by IBM) with equipment being labelled either AN, IBM or NZ.

My understanding is that Tesna has located a new building for a data centre, and hopes to move everything in the next six or so months.

I also understand that part of the settlement with Air NZ included that the IT infrastructure, in that sense, stay as it was until the new owners change it. You might have also noticed a few months back the Ansett webpage was linking to Air NZ for other bookings....

I expect some significant changes to occur once Tesna is in the driving seat, along with the new IT mob.

Fingers crossed, I might be involved too.... http://www.flyertalk.com/forum/biggrin.gif
