Ansett Australian Global Rewards - FF status query

Does anyone know what status exactly Ansett Pass is? I've seen people in *g lounges with these passes, but am not sure how they got one

Ansett Pass is sort of seperate IIRC. It's an invitation only club and IIRC is not part of Frequent Flyer as such. The online doc seems to indicate Ansett Pass members will be comp'd ANFF memberships, and they likely were given Diamond or something in the past even if they didn't earn it. Ansett Pass is/was for the big corporate bigwigs - CEO's, MP's and the like. Like QF's Chairman's Lounge I think it is called.
