Deal closer between Ansett and Sydney Airport Corp
Ansett's administrators are confident of finalising a deal with the Sydney Airport Corporation this week.
The sale of Ansett to the Tesna group, headed up by Lindsay Fox and Solomon Lew, has been held up largely because of delays in finalising the transfer
of the Ansett terminal to Tesna.
Yesterday, the administrators sought Federal Court endorsement for keeping Ansett in the air until the Tesna sale is finalised.
The official handover is likely to be around February 20.
