Ansett Australian Global Rewards - Dumbest suggestion yet re: AN GR points

The Institute of Accountants, it was reported on Melbourne radio this morning, wanted the govt to make any AN GR points holdings tax deductable. When this was put to little Johnnie, he could all but contain himself from laughing.

lol; you know the more i read about this GR business the more downhome it starts to sound..people seem to believe they are something other than a marketing ploy

There was a guy in the Sydney Morning Herald today who claimed that since AN showed no loyalty to his lost points (ca. 120K), then he wouldn't fly them again.

Ah well...bad luck to him...he'll just find it hard to get award seats on QF.
