Ansett Australian Global Rewards - Great AN customer service!

While I was on an overnight trip to SYD, AN called me not once but twice to alert me to a schedule change to a booked flight for Jan 2nd out of Brisbane. They also called my Brisbane friend (whoose number I had put in the booking as a contact). That's service! When I called up Ansett the lady was really nice and cheery and we had a good chat (the schedule change affects my other plans in interesting ways, but that has nothing to do with AN). Kudos, AN
