It's obviously going to hurt a little, because FC tickets sales are up 130%. Still, there are plenty of FC seats left for upgrades (my guess well more than half the cabin). Silver elites will probably bear the brunt of the slightly tighter availability. I doubt Gold or higher will notice much, except maybe at the very busiest business flight times.

Upgraded for this Friday PHL-PHX-LAS as Platinum. Last Friday I was even upgraded
PHL-PHX off the standby list (5 FC seats were
filled after boarding) and was on an award
ticket which was truely a miracle because I
didn't ask or expect it. The coach cabin was
95% full. Maybe this was perk brought about
by the arrival of Southwest to PHL in May.
HP has also finally matched US and Southwest
fares starting in May out of PHL.
