I know if you purchase a membership, AMEX or the other card (priority pass?) you can have lounge access. Any other way?

No. Membership in the club or an affiliated membership, but not for F, no matter how much you pay (or don't pay) for it.

The new first class price structure announced this week provides lounge access.

I missed that from the release. Presumably anyone buying a F ticket will now get lounge access. I have to believe upgraded F passengers won't or there would be little to no reason for most Plats and many Golds to pay for the club.
