Going straight to the gate and not having to check in -- assuming you don't have luggage to check.
Being able to arrive at the airport a bit later, assuming you are confident that security lines won't be too long at the time you are flying (or are Elite and then don't have to worry much about it in PHX).
Locking in your seat, assuming you have an assignment you like (I'm pretty sure you still cannot change seats on-line).
