On other airlines, if I use the value of an unused ticket toward future flight, the new ticket can, in turn, be used for up to a year.
HP has told me that my new ticket carries the same termination date as the originla issue, and that I need to pay $100 to extend it (in addition to the $100 change fee).
Now I ask you, how many HP tickets out there are over $200 these days!
Anyway, is this information accurate?
