America West FlightFund (Discontinued Program) - HP has good service reps

Personally, I don't like flying HP because I don't fly domestic much and I also don't have any status with with them.

I must commend them and state that compared to the other domestic airlines I have flown they have extremely helpful and polite customer service,check-in and reservation reps. I have never received a negative attitude or rude reponse for any request large or small. The FA's even give me a bunch of extra peanuts with no problem.

BTW-flyng economy with HP does suck but if you don't want to pay for the upgrade and have no status you can't complain much.

They seem to have high standards for hiring -

I applied a few times for CSR positions, and even though the positions are (still) open, they sent me rejection letters.

I have a lot of customer service experience, though none with the airlines. I got a letter saying that I was "competitive" but other "more qualified applicants" had applied as well.
